A small suite of scientific desktop applications — free to download for Windows, macOS and Linux.
This site hosts software utilities I have written. Each app is a native desktop application for Windows, macOS and Linux, with everything it needs bundled in — no separate Python installation required. Both apps are freeware. Choose an app below to see what it does, read its guide, or download it.
CFTool
Fit 2D data to built-in or custom functions.
CFTool is a curve-fitting application for 2D weighted data, with a simple, intuitive interface. Pick a built-in function or write your own, run the fit, and print or export the result — quickly, or as a saved, formatted project.
EpiSolve
Model semiconductor layer structures and their band diagrams.
EpiSolve is a 1D Poisson–Schrödinger solver for semiconductor heterostructures, with an interactive interface and built-in plotting. Build an epitaxial stack, solve it for confined states or run a CV sweep, and see the band diagram straight away.
